In order to lend every effort in the joint prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation, from 0:00 on January 24, 2020, if the passenger applies for the voluntary refund of the tickets of the China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines which were purchased before January 24 2020, China Eastern Airlines will refund the tickets free of charge. Relevant ticket refund rules are as follows:
781 tickets (including mileage award tickets) purchased on or before January 24, 2020 which itinerary involves flights operated by China Eastern Airlines/Shanghai Airlines(MU/FM) and code-share flights with MU/FM flight numbers.
2. Refund Policy
Passengers can apply for refund within the validity period of the tickets without paying refund fees. Refund shall be processed by the passenger with his/her issuing channel or agent.
