In order to facilitate the students affected by the Novel Coronavirus Epidemic to arrange their travel better, China Eastern Airlines has adjusted the policy of ticket refund and rescheduling as follows:
Currently enrolled students of University or College, High and Middle school, Primary school and Kindergarten.
781 tickets (including mileage award tickets) purchased before 0:00 on February 11, 2020 with travel date from 0:00 on February 11 2020 to 24:00 on March 31, 2020.
Ⅱ. Refund and Rescheduling policy
Passengers can choose to reschedule or refund during the ticket validity period.
Passengers who cancel the reservation or apply for rescheduling before the flights take off, the ticket is allowed to be rescheduled once to the same physical class operated by MU/FM before 24:00 Mar 31 2020, without paying exchange fees and fare difference. Passengers who apply for rescheduling after the flights take off, or apply for rescheduling to the flights on or after Apr 1 2020, or reapply for rescheduling, the ticket shall be handled according to the applicable conditions of the ticket.
Passengers can apply for refund without paying refund fees through the original ticket purchasing channel before the flights take off. Passengers apply for refund after the flights take off, the ticket shall be handled according to the applicable conditions of the ticket.
Passengers who hold student ID cards or other student ID certificates(registration forms of China Higher Education Student Information, student visas or school proofs, etc.), can apply for reschedule or refund through the Eastern Airlines official website, China Eastern mobile APP, "China Eastern Airlines" WeChat or dial 95530 Customer Service Hotline. Passengers who purchased tickets through OTA platform such as Ctrip, Fliggy and Qunar or through travel agents or air ticket agents, please contact the original ticket purchasing channel for refund.
