Due to the COVID-19 prevention and control concern, certain MU N. America flights in March will be cancelled as follow:
Involved Passenger/ticket handling regulations:
1. Any passenger with the confirmed reservation on above cancellation flights, may process either involuntary REFUND or involuntary ticket EXCHAGE free of charge for ONCE only.
1-1 Through your original ticket purchased Travel Agency/Representative Outlet/Website etc.
1-2 Call our 24-hours Customer Service Center at 011-86-21-20695530 or N. America Call Center at 1-855-589-5530
2. For Ticket Exchange (once only) includes following 2 situations:
2-1 Change to a new traveling date.
2-2 Change the itinerary within the same region in North America (USA and Canada), ticket can be exchanged to any MU operated flight with lowest available RBD in the same physical cabin operating by MU.
If the original booked/ticketed flight was 【SFO-PVG-TAO 】which the SFO-PVG flight has been cancelled, then the passenger can be re-routed to 【LAX-PVG-TAO 】as involuntary ticket exchange with exchange fee waiver once.
However, if other airlines is involved in the Re-Routing, the new segment such as 【SFO-(YY)-LAX 】should be handled by passenger Including reservation and ticketing. Subject MU ticket exchange policy is NOT including/covering the additional other airlines’ cost.
More flights would be dynamically adjusted according to the situation of epidemic, please pay attention to our further announcement(s).
