Notice of the International Flight Schedules of China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines from September 1 to September 31, 2022

Dear Passengers,

During the time period from 00:00 on September 1 to 24:00 on September 30, 2022, China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines will operate a total of 25 international routes each week. The specific schedules are as follows:

*The above flight schedules are subject to policy changes. Please check the latest flight information via official channels such as China Eastern's website or app.

*MU208 Toronto-Shanghai Pudong will carry cargo without passengers on September 3 as a part of circuit breaker restrictions.

*MU552 London-Shanghai Pudong will not carry passengers on September 2 and 9.

*The MU588 New York flight inbound for Shanghai will carry cargo without passengers in September. The MU588 New York flight departing on August 31 and arriving in Fuzhou on September 1 will carry passengers as scheduled.

*MU524 Tokyo Narita-Shanghai Pudong will carry cargo without passengers on September 2 as a part of circuit breaker restrictions.

*MU5042 Seoul Incheon-Shanghai Pudong will carry cargo without passengers on September 2 as a part of circuit breaker restrictions.

*MU231/2 Shanghai Pudong-Colombo-Shanghai Pudong will continue as scheduled on September 9. All other flights have been canceled.

*MU713/4 Kunming-Colombo-Kunming will be operated on September 13, 20, and 27 only.

*Inbound FM886 Kuala Lumpur-Shanghai Pudong will carry passengers as scheduled on September 18. All other inbound flights will carry cargo without passengers.

*FM891/2 Hangzhou-Kuala Lumpur-Hangzhou will be limited to 3 flights in September. The inbound flight on September 3 will carry cargo without passengers as a part of circuit breaker restrictions while the flights on September 10 and 24 will continue as scheduled.

*MU7821/2 Hangzhou-Manila-Hangzhou will be operated on September 1, 15, 22, and 29 only.

*Inbound MU542 Bangkok-Shanghai Pudong will carry cargo without passengers.

*Inbound FM834 Bangkok-Shanghai Pudong will carry passengers as scheduled on September 24. All other inbound flights will carry cargo without passengers.

*Shanghai Pudong-Manila-Shanghai Pudong flights have been canceled for September.

*Only MU2599/600 Kunming-Phnom Penh-Kunming will be operated on September 10 and 24. The outbound flight will not carry passengers.

*MU2036 Dhaka-Kunming will carry passengers as scheduled on September 5 and 19. All other inbound flights will carry cargo without passengers.

2. Enter and send the text "Human Service" ("人工") to China Eastern’s Official WeChat Account. Account name: China Eastern Airlines (中国东方航空).

3. China Eastern Airlines Customer Service Hotline: 95530 (China); 0086-21-20695530 (Overseas).

You can check real-time flight information via the following channels:

1. Log in to China Eastern’s official website (www.ceair.com), and click the Flight Info tab.

2. Log in to China Eastern Airlines's mobile app, and tap Flight Info.

3. Call the China Eastern Airlines Customer Service Hotline at 95530, press "1" for service in Chinese, and use the intelligent customer service agent’s "Flight Info" search.

4. Follow the Official WeChat Account China Eastern Airlines (中国东方航空), and select Flight Service > Flight Info.
